Now, the real funny part is the commission...

You're a bit early for April fools, so I guess you're serious. That's really horrible! Sure not very motivating to create more pages for that kind of commission.

One of the shoe places had a snafu like this a few months back, where sales for $69 (or something like that) were getting credited for $69,000.00 (or something like that)

I've heard similar scary stories of a telecom company who pays per lead no matter how much the sale price. Is it them?

Jeeze, if that had been one of my tarps you sold, you'd have cleared a commission of $1,836.48......

It was a real sale. I make some decent money overall from this merchant on an EPC basis, it is just these occasional sales that drive me crazy! They also pay 2.50 on a 6 dollar sale but over-all I think it is about 2 percent.

That is what you call like an old time slavery!
congratulation on your big sale, now if they just fixed the commission you are in great shape.
But look at it in the bright side at least they give you something and you can almost asure that they will not reverse your sail with that kind of commission.
lol...
My biggest sale was over 1 thousands and after almost two months or so they reverse the sale, but they only have 30 days return policy!
figure that one out! lol...
anyway I wish you good luck and hope that merchant will give you what you should deserve and not screw you on your commission.

I had a similar sale of $22,000.00+ around Christmas time . . . the commish was only $7.50 . . . but that was okay cuz that's what I knew when I signed onto the program. But, the crappiest thing about it was I sent the Affiliate Manager and the Owner of the site a Christmas eCard wishing them a merry merry and I NEVER even got a thanx~! That irked me even more . . .
