Just a note to all, this term is not trademarked.
I wouldn't worry about it. And plus, I've had it for years with absolutely no problems, never been contacted.

You obviously have no clue as to whats allowed and whats not allowed to be in a domain. Please do your homework elsewhere, and not trash my sales thread. Thanks!
