I'm not sure about how they pay a U.S. based company, but I can tell you that their customer service is the worst ever. I don't know if you've tried to contact them by e-mail, but I've never recvd a reply from them on the first, second, or even third attempt. It normally takes a real nasty e-mail to get them to respond.
Credit where credit is due though, they do pay on time (but I have an EU bank a/c).
My advice: Use another crowd if you have the option.
