I am thinking of getting a trademark/servicemark/registered mark (whatever the legal term would be) for one of my sites.
- What is the best and cheapest way to do that?
- Is it legal to just put a trademark sign without even applying for one?
- I know US trademark office has an online filing option. Did anybody use that without a lawyer's help?
