I have 4 websites that are DB driven and one static site hosted at one hosting company. Their SQL servers have been down all morning and they have not responded to any emails. The sites are accessable and control panels etc, and the static site is functioning....

I can't call support 'cause their service number is on their website which is down also!!!

At least an email back telling me they're working on it!!!

Should I sign up somewhere else and port those sites?? They are generating organic traffic.

I'm totally confused as to what to do next!!!Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hi Mikey,

They are back up again. I don't know what the error is. If my website has a db connection error a website is down for maintainance page gets pulled up.

I don't know if it will show the error in the error logs. I'll take a look though.

Sent you a pm..I think.

I forgot to set up the down for repairs page when I got onto a new server so I have that ugly database error showing up. But I get an email everytime there is a database error.
