Probably just the result of one of those website submission software programs like Adweb that was used to submit to tens of thousands of SE's , FFA pages and stuff .
If your search engine was recently found by one of those programs, you can probably expect to see alot more soon, once the bulk of software users upgrade their software to include the new search engines . JMO , could be wrong though.
