According to the Minnesota Legislature website,SF 282 has been removed from the agenda of this Thurs. Not sure it is anything of significance, it is pretty common for changes in agenda.

Important to note the House of Rep have companion bill (HF401)that they want added to the omnibus tax bill.

Here is the contact information for the sponsors of the tax nexus bill in the Minnesota House and Senate. Please consider emailing and/or calling to let these legislators know that they will be putting hundreds of small business in Minnesota out of business should it become law.
