Thread: HF2323 Tax Bill Still Pending |

I mentioned this in the other thread but someone pointed out my post might be missed. The Omnibus tax bill, HF2323, is still pending and the Internet tax is still possible. The Omnibus bill is still in committee, actually committee meeting scheduled for tonight. We still need to keep an eye on this. Regular session ends midnight Mon, not sure if they will have prolonged session if not resolved. (I believe the governor said no but not sure if that is final)
