Saw an amendment on the Senate floor on Tuesday, to add nexus language to the Omnibus Tax bill:

I see another bill with nexus language will be up before the House Tax Committee, HF1231: https://www.revisor.mn.gov/bin/bldbi...l&session=ls87 Nexus language begins at line 76.10 Looks like it ain't over till it's over!

Oops!!! Looks like I typed the wrong bill number, It's:
