I am located in Kansas - I see there are tax laws in Missouri, but what about Kansas?
Do I have to create a separate LLC to file my Affiliate marketing site under? |

An affiliate business is no different than any other small business. You can operate as a sole proprietor. Generally you form a corporation to minimize your legal liabilities. There are varying tax laws be either way you owe taxes. Its best to talk to a CPA to understand your options and responsibilities.
