Hopefully we don't get taxed because Legislative Democrats today worked to leverage the public schools budget in their fight to increase taxes, opening up a $700 million hole. Maybe they will just overlook us

PS: The gist of the story was there IS a law that Nevada consumers must pay sales taxes if they buy from an online retailer. BUT... consumers must fill out a form and do it themselves. Most don't know the law exists. And those that do simply ignore it.

So, rather then leaving it up to the consumer to comply, they want affiliates to do the collecting.

Another asinine example of law makers who don't have a clue. Affiliate have no capability to collect sales tax, might as well ask to collect tax on air.

Never though i would see Nevada go this route, with all the nice business and LLC perks they have their. I thought that was the best place to start a business besides Delaware.

Here in Rhode Island we are rejected by Amazon and lots of other Stores on the major networks.
