1. Not a NY issue, but I stopped promoting them 1-2 years ago when they cut their commission ratess 50-67%; and

2. Are they recruiting affiliates to engage in a conspiracy to defraud the NY state taxing authority?

Yup, they apparently aren't aware it is residency + business location, not one or the other.
