I've setup a GoldenCan store and added a merchant via CJ. I've managed to display all the products of the merchant in my site.
Although I only want to show certain products that is filtered by keywords in my site.
Does GoldenCan or CJ give me an option to filter that specific merchant's products by keyword so only the relevant results appear in my site?

yes, they do. In GoldenCAN you can set up an instance for any one category or try a keyword page.
