Budget goes on to Governor, Senate and Representatives just voted and passed. Internet sales tax / Advertising Tax / Affiliate Tax what ever you want to call it is in there. Once signed by Governor effective immediately.

Dumb. I have been corresponding with an affiliate in NC who is moving to TN now. While, this is good for TN, the principle of it all is just plain stupid.
If you are looking for advice on areas to live, contact me as I have lived virtually all over the eastern and middle parts of the state. We will welcome you NC affiliate refugees.

Ugh. This is going to put a serious cramp in my lifestyle.
I thought about all kinds of incorporating out of state crap... but I'm just going to move back to Michigan where I have family for a while. From there I will figure out what to do and where to go. So long NC. Perhaps you can fix this soon and I can come back. I'll wait in Mich for about 6 months. i am sure they are going to get something like this eventually too - but I just need somewhere to go for a while.<cry> This is going to drive my accountant NUTZO. |

The question now is how soon before all the rest or nearly all the rest of the States go ahead with similar legislation? What will that do to this entire industry?
