Good idea. We found this helpful in NY last year (but it becam impossible to keep up towards the end).
From our experience it is also helpful to include the network and for history's sake the date of removal. That date could come in handy.

Not sure that any merchant will come out an post that information, unfortunately.

I encourage any affiliates in NC to create a company based in another state if you're being dropped by a big revenue generator - Best bet is to set up shop in the home state of that company, so that any future tax laws won't have an impact. I'm living in a state affected by the "affiliate tax", but my company that everything is payable to is located and incorporated in another state that doesn't have the laws. Setting up a virtual office should be enough to start your company in another state - I'm lucky enough that my business partners are located in other states, so we can "move" the company around if needed .

So all these too? When I started the NY list, some people were posting regular terminations as well which messed the list up. Wanted to make sure those merchants above were dropping affiliates specifically because they're in NC. If so, can you add them to the list.
