Digital River SAN still down

Service Disruption Update: 2/24/2012 8:15 EDT

Unfortunately, the efforts to restore operability of the storage area network (SAN) have stalled. This is impacting all Digital River platforms, including DirectTrack.

Senior engineers and technicians from Hitachi and Sun Microsystems, the SAN vendors, are on site in the Digital River data center. All possible measures to restore operability of the SAN are being taken.

While all teams and resources are working to correct this problem as quickly as possible, we do not anticipate an immediate resolution.

Should the current status change in the immediate term, we will provide an update. Otherwise we will update you on the progress of the corrective action as such progress is made.

Disruption Update: 2/26/2012 9:30pm EDT

We have made significant progress in rebuilding client database servers and preparing restored data for movement onto those servers.

The process to stage each system can take some time. It depends on a number of factors, such as the size of your database and the testing we perform against the system as we bring the data online.

We do not yet have an ETA on the time it will take for system restore to complete.

As your system is staged for restore, we will notify you. When your system restore is complete, we will notify you.

Sorry have been MIA for a long time.

I just came over to see if there was any news about this. TONS of networks are powered by DirectTrack and I've been hearing that they have ALL be done.
Pretty serious problem that affected lots of people, I'm sure.

Hope they get everything back on track. No pun...

Today I tried to login to my OND account but it says that my affiliate ID is inactive.

I sent an email to affiliates@onenetworkdirect.com but instantly got Mailer-Daeomn's Failure Notice .. email couldn't be delivered.

There is no way to contact OND, can't login and check my account

Please re-instate at least the email ID so that affiliates can write to you!

Adarsh,

I would like to look into the inactive affiliate account question. Could you email me the Affiliate ID. We have discovered an issue with the affiliates@.. address. The fix is in process and it will be restored soon. In the meantime, ABWer's can email me with oND inquiries affiliate, or merchant. However, please do Not send me anything about directtrack. This is the oND forum only.
