I can see you are in Utah USA. Volusion did say they were doing maintenance.
That could be it. It should be intermittent so please try again and let me know.

Tried it the first time in FireFox. The attached image is Chrome.

We just had someone test on 5 Pcs in the USA with Chrome. All shows up ok.
Might have been a maintenance issue that got cached.

Is there any way you can obtain the I.P. address of the customer receiving the 404 error page? I would like to review your site's 404 error logs and see if their browser is sending any additional data that might be causing issues. You can send him to this site to obtain it:

What Is My IP Address? Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more...

If you can it would really help.
