Anybody know if any good FLV players like Youtube uses? I don't necessarily need a free one, but I need to have the .fla source files in order to make changes. I'd like one with a watermark, full screen and some sort of continuous play feature. I've been looking all over and there aren't many options that fit the bill. I may just need to start with some free source files and build it myself with Macromedia Flash.

Couldn't really find any flv players like the one Youtube uses. They do have a very simple flv player but it doesn't have any controls.

Thanks to Fabian Topfstedt there is an FLV player with full screen playing and no logos. I've used it in a couple of projects and works great. Also if you use it with lighttpd you can have full streaming capabilities... Enjoy!

FLV is the format Youtube and many of the popular video sites are using now. It's more or less become the standard because it works on most computers and browsers. I'm just looking for a Flash player to embed into my sites that will play files in this format.

Hey, Snib
Wow, you are so ahead of me. Well, this is the point I am at with the new site I am working on. I found this through search.
What did you finally come up with to play the videos on your site?

Thanks. But, I think that is fancier than I want. I want to do something like can be found on this page http://utubedrama.com/ but where I serve the videos myself because I will be reediting the videos according to topic rather than just using the YT unedited versions.
Please, disregard the site design on http://utubedrama.com/. Of course, mine won't look like that at all. But the idea is that I want to put single videos in with the relevant text.
I guess I need to know how to put videos on my site and make them play when the viewer clicks on them.

That site is just embedding the videos from Youtube, they don't even have their own player. The player I gave you allows you to host the videos on your own server like you want.

Yes, they are just embeding YT videos. OK, thanks.
I guess it just looked too fancy for me. I don't want all the menus of other videos and all. I just want to show one video at a time like shown on the page I referenced. Probably, I need to download it and look at the options it has. Maybe, it does that. Thanks.

I found this. But, I don't know how out of date the information may be or if it will work. http://www.boutell.com/newfaq/creating/video.html
Oh, crap. Am I going to have to learn about BitTorrent, too? I am talking about a lot of videos, here. Nah....that can't be part of the solution.

You don't have to use the playlist feature, I don't. It's great as a single video player.
