Exclamation All datafeed folders on FTP are empty. Support does not respond.

Hi,
Here's the problem. All of a sudden we noticed that nothing is being download via FTP from Linkshare. I logged in via FTP and indeed all folders are empty. Submitted a ticket yesterday, no reply from anyone.
Anyone familiar with this issue?

Are you downloading txt or xml files?

Interesting, I had something similar occur yesterday, but it was only for two files. They were both txt - I changed the script to download the xml version, and it was fine.

Also, a while ago, the main 'consolidated' files were moved to the root folder, ie. you no longer had to navigate to the individual store folders.

We use TXT files as well.
They are not in root folder either.

Hi all,

We are aware of this issue and it is impacting a few publishers not all. We are hoping to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Hi Ranae,

I noticed there are currently NO merchandiser datafeeds available.

All our folders in our FTP account are empty.

Is this a general problem or just our account?

Thanks, Stefan

Hi stev,

We did have some system issues over the weekend. I don't believe Merchandiser (our product data feeds) was impacted. Can you please PM me with your SID and I will look into it directly for you?

Thanks Ranae for getting back to me.

Looks like it was a temporary issue as our feeds are back in the meantime.
