New Beginner's Trail Running Video from Rock/Creek!
We've just released our newest video from the Rock/Creek River Gorge Trail Race; this time we've featured a beginner runner, Laura Davis, who started her journey with running about three months before the race. She shares thoughts on weight loss, health and wellness, as well as the awe of nature and experience of being outside on the trails.
