I know this was discussed a few years back but do you consider affiliate links to be "Paid Link"?? If so should all our affiliate links include "nofollow"?? About 80% of my affiliate links do use "nofollow" but I not sure if its needed or not.

No, affiliate links aren't paid links, the kind of paid links they're talking about. The ones bought and sold for for PR or search engine benefit.
