I know that certain AdWords data (such as 'search query' and 'placement performance' data for reports) has been delayed further and further, until this summer I have just assumed that there is at least a one-day lag (thus a report for the 'last 7 days' is really for 'the last 6 days before yesterday). I've disabled all automated reporting since the automated reports run shortly after midnight and thus they never include complete data (even for data that is not deliberately delayed).
I haven't looked at AdSense reports in months, but they were always unreliable until at least 1-2 days later, as adjustments are made for invalid clicks.
