Depends on what you are looking for. Overture can send a lot of traffic, but it's also expensive (in many cases) and the people who run it have gotten VERY picky about what sites they accept. We've done well with Findwhat, but there's the issue of scumware with them. We've had some success with 7 Search. And I hear fairly good reviews about Kanoodle.
