what is the difference between Google SEO and Yahoo SEO?
I spend much time to get back links to update my rank on Google, but the rank on yahoo is down.

Yahoo likes backlinks as well. Usually not as picky about the quality as Google. Not sure why that is happening. Might be temporary or maybe they haven't spidered your new links yet. Google is hyper time sensitive since Caffeine.
Yahoo is such little traffic it is usually a waste of time to worry about it unless you think you can be first for a tough term.

Plus, don't forget that BING is going to be powering Yahoo search so now they are the ones you have to be concerned with.

Just optimize for google first and then submit your website and xml sitemap to yahoo site explorer afterwards. It takes a bit of time but you'll get the place you deserve in yahoo as well.

I always do very well with yahoo and bing for some reason. Its either google or yahoo/bing. When I get both its good.

Google loves quality links , from top sites, also hate too many links at once like blogs links , on the other hand Yahoo loves links , fast links without quality or relevancy.
