I have a new search bar added to my explorer. I do NOT want this and going to View/toolbars I can not uncheck the function. When I tried it, it directs to a website owned by
fullsearch@zolus.org Any idea on how to get rid of this illegal ware?

STOP USING INTERNET EXPLORER!!!!

This is NEVER going to stop if peple keep using IE.

The BHO installers are running ads on high profile mainstream sites (I'm looking at the advert for "6,000 free smileys" on foxnews.com right now).

All the spyware scanners are ambulance at the bottom of the cliff stuff. Some of them install their own BHO's!

If you all listed "STOP USING INTERNET EXPLORER" as your #1 suggestion when someone asks what to do about spyware, maybe word wold get out, and Microsoft would finally do something.

It's not rocket science - fix the root cause of the problem instead of trying to cure this cancer with stcking plasters.

I use netscape for every day use but use IE for sweeps entry (has to do with my favorites file).

Anyway, about every 4th time i drop by this site

i believe the site pops up a download for some of the parasite ware that is listed in this area of the forum.

anybody else get this or is this old news for this particular site?

i dont visit the rest of the site..it happens to me on the sweeps page.
