One of my sponsors does not show up on the list of merchants, when I click under "Get Links >Get a Link/Banner" I dont see Thinkhost there and I am pretty sure I joined their program because they already paid me a comission (locked) for doing that.

The problem with this is that I cant view the program details and I cant get hold of the banners.

Take a look at "Activity Summary". it will give you the merchant's status. If the merchant is closed or temporarily offline then it would not show up in your list. Good luck.

Thinkhost are showing as online for me.

Maybe you were removed from their program?

I highly doubt I was removed, now I have also seen that their link which I already had in my site is not working anymore:

I cant post the link as it is against forum rules but I get this message:

The link is not currently active.

There are a number of reasons that you may have received this message. The most common is that the merchant who was advertising is temporarily not-actively promoting that program...

I am removing their banner I cant lose hits, I have probably lost some over this and I have other webhosts to promote.

OK this has now been solved, apparently the merchant rejected my application, they forgot to email me and let me know. Never mind.
