Effective immediately there is a new commission structure at Pets Warehouse at SAS.
NEW TIERED INCENTIVES (by monthly sales)
Exclusive Pet Merchant
9 % Base Payout <$2,000
10% >$2,000
Non-Exclusive
8 % Base Payout >$3,500
9% $3,500 - $5,000
10% >$5,000

I normally don't like different commissions for exclusivity, but I like they way you've done this. Each has the potential to earn the same percent, but the tiers are slightly higher (but very reachable) for those who aren't exclusive. Good job!
