Dear SAS, (or anyone :-) )

I have a few questions about the datafeed.

1. Will the SAS system automagically put the Affiliate ID ad the end my URL? And will it do it correctly i.e. I already have a query string on my URL, so will it add the &U=XXXX etc.

2. I currently have a flat commission rate of $4.00 per sale. But when I look at my products in my datafeed it shows the commission as 4%. Will the affiliate still get the flat commission?

I'll add another datafeed question:

Any plans to generate the datafeeds in one piece? The download function makes it sound like it's a doing us a favor by only downloading 1000 items at a time. This is no favor. For a relatively small feed like Irish Photo, with just over 2000 items, it means downloading & importing into my database three times.
