Hi, I'm new at AM and excited about the possibilities that I have ahead of me.

When I sign in to SAS, it says that I have joined a certain # of Merchants but that I am participating in 0% of the available programs.

I just want to make sure that this only means the # I have joined is so small that it doesn't register? Being so new, I'm still trying to clear the fog.

Your assessment is correct. If there were 300 programs and you joined one, that would be .33 percent of the available programs (one third of one percent) which would round to 0.
