I really liked this program. I wished they wouldn't have left Linkshare. Are they teamed up with a new affiliate program? Thanks, Lorrie

Hi Lorrie!
I can see that you are a newbie. You might want to take the time to search this site for threads about Shopathomeselect. Your opinion of them might change. |

If you are referring to Register.com they are still on LinkShare and have been since 2000. We are launching a hosting offer shortly for $4.95/month that pays affiliates a $125 commision.

Well, what would you expect from a freebie site webmaster, really?

Hi guinness618,
Thank you for the reply! I was reading the past threads on ShopAtHome. I didn't realize they were involved in so much controversy. I rarely have time to research things these days. I wasn't referring to Register.com Chuck, but thank you for the information. As for the comment made by Rhea, I didn't think that was very nice, considering I just joined. I am very PC saavy so I know how to find my way around Forums, etc. That Freebie website is just a hobby. A lot of people enjoy the freebies and savings, especially during hard economic times. I do Fugitive Recovery - Criminal Justice work and have for the past 13 years. I also do Graphic Design and Web Design work on the side. How I forget that these Forums can be pretty brutal at times. ![]() Thank you for your help. Lorrie |

Jesus,
Now people are going to ignore me because of an Avatar? I think I may not be as welcome here as I thought. Thanks for the invite Andy Rodriguez, but I will get my info straight from Shareasale.com for Mario Badescu. Later, Lorrie |

Lorrie, SAHS is a hot button here so it solicits a big reaction. Yes, you have to be thick skinned on the forum. We are bombarded with spammers and scammers looking for free advertising. That said, people could use a bit more manners at times but they are just trigger happy. Hope you understand that we are very honest with each other so a comment would not be taken too severally between members. Hang around a while and you might enjoy the banter.

Thanks Chuck,
Believe me, I am very thick-skinned to deal with the idiots I deal with on a daily basis. I just don't have time for rudeness. Seems everywhere you go on the net these days, if you join a Forum, there are always people who have to jump right out there and make an ass of themselves. Power-trippers or whatever you want to call them. I just don't have time for them. Appreciate the reply. |
