    So, what's the problem? Honestly, do you want everyone in their customer service dept. to have clear view access to your password? They were polite and are trying to work with you to get it resolved... I'm not one to blindly defend these guys, but in this instance I think they're doing well.

    the reason I m annoyed is due to them telling me to do what I said I had already done and which wasn't working. this has been an issue for some time. I was going to phone them when I got back from dr appt. now I don't have to, Jamie, thx for the quick response.

    The issue is clear:
    Affilaite used their lost password link to have a password sent.

    It never happened and customer support was giving him the run around. That's really clear to me.

    Could this be a problem with the email address itself? I know certain emails like admin@domain.com, support@domain.com, etc. won't work with Performics because of email filters. The address needs to be unique, like a name or something.

    Emails from our interface (password resets, saved reports, data feeds, etc.) come from various domains: @connectcommerce.com, @performics.com and @doubleclick.com. The usual cause for not receiving emails from our interface is email blocking/filtering on the user's end, at the domain level.
