    I'm working on some T&Cs, partly inspired by those at ABW and some other places.. I've come up with these so far (feel free to use any bits you think are useful):

    <LI>Inkjet cartridges and other computer consumables.
    <LI>Cellular telephones or related services.
    <LI>Submission to search engines, web hosting, keyword bidding.
    <LI>Multilevel marketing and pyramid schemes.
    <LI>Stocks and shares.
    <LI>Email-based marketing campaigns or email address lists.
    <LI>Parasitic browser applications, browser helpers or popup generators.
    <LI>Norton SystemWorks (unless you are a representative of Symantec Corporation).
    <LI>Cable, satellite or digital television descramblers.
    <LI>Private investigations or prepaid legal or paralegal services.
    <LI>eBay auctions (unless you are a representative of eBay Inc.)
    <LI>Dating services or marriage sites except where you wish to advertise on our site.[/list]

    Don't think you can expect to actually get any money out them. But you certainly have the right to set the terms of use of your site and make the point. But it can sure make you feel better to make the point. You never know though, Tom's said he's gotten some spammers to pay up when he sent them bills.

    It's actually going to go through two spam filters before it gets to me.. but the ones who do tend to get through are the clueless ones who are easy to track doing a first time spam. Oooh I'm so evil.
