    Commission scales not kicking in?
I notice that the scales on the affiliate program page dont seem to be reflected in the reports in 4checks inhouse and the checks sent out, if a person has over 1000 monthly sales they should be paid at 25% right, well it seems for the past several months mine is still being based on what I can tell 15%

ive sat here and worked this out on a calculator and my commission showing in the account is based on 15% when yet I have been getting way over 1000 sales each month, ive been going back over the last 4 to 5 months and notice that every month ive gone over the required 1000 sales and still my commission is reflecting a 15% commission

Ive sent an email about this as this is a little concerning

    easylife,

I don't have access to that email from home, unfortunately.

Can you send an email to me at 4checksam(at)gmail.com with your affiliate ID and name and I will look into it immediately.

    Just an update to here..

Thanks Kim for explaining, just to clarify for anyone else

The inhouse program doesnt show inside your account area the automatic adjustment of rates, its done when checks are cut vs going through the shareasale program which does it automatically and will show it in the account.

Much appreciated Kim.... Back to building sites

No problem. I knew it would all come together.

With SAS, they handle our payments.

With MyAP, Kolimbo, Kowabunga!, etc., I pull the reports from the interface, download into an excel sheet and check every commission calculation by hand for accuracy.

Best of luck on those new sites.

Kim does a good job too. She even signs the checks herself. Her hand must get awfully tired at the end of the month signing all those checks :-)
