    Kiyonna Datafeed Problem
    The following 2 Product IDs in the Kiyonna datafeed are a little messsed up. They span more than a single line in the file. So instead of a "|", there seems to be newline instead.

    Need to update the program agreement also. The agreement says that commissions are paid within 30 days and they are currently held as pending for 60 days. It creates confusion.

    I thought you might be interested in knowing that Kiyonna's datafeed has been updated and is now available through the Shareasale interface. Some of the older products have been replaced or discontinued but the datafeed offers over 140 fantastic products for you to promote. Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Where exactly did you see 30 days in our program agreement? I just checked and could not find it, please let me know and I'll get it fixed asap.

    It is in the "Merchant Provided Terms Of Agreement", in the program description that people see before they sign up. It says:"..
    . PAYMENT.

    Kiyonna agrees to pay Affiliate a commission rate of 8% of the total sale (excluding tax and Shipping / Handling) for each sale made by a visitor originating from the your Participating Website using your unique “Affiliate Link”. You will be issued a unique URL, which allows Kiyonna to identify visitors from your site as originating from same. These visitors are tracked with this unique URL and sales are recorded with your Affiliate ID. To receive commissions, your customers must arrive at Kiyonna through your Affiliate Link.

    Payment will be paid by check every month an Affiliate has accrued more than $10.00 in commissions. Checks will be sent by US Mail by the 10th of each month. Although our Affiliate Program is not limited to the U.S. all payments will be made in U.S. dollars. Kiyonna reserves the right to modify the payment schedule as long as notice is posted to the Web site or sent by email. If a qualifying sale is canceled or refunded, the related commission will be deducted from the next monthly payment. "

    I know they aren't going to send me a check because our payments are via SAS but that is why I asked about why they hold commissions as pending for 60 days. They only give the client 30 days from purchase for a refund and then they hold it for another 30 days.

    It looks like most of that text needs replacing.
