    Question about PIDs
    I've checked my PIDs for Performics and SAS the impressions seem to be showing up in performics but none of the click thro's any idea what could be wrong there jessie?
    And don't see a way to check impressions at SAS. But clicks aren't showing either.

    Please send an email to support with details.

    We don't do anything fancy to the links so they track exactly as if you had downloaded the data feed yourself.

    I'll do that. I see clicks in your interface for last few days but they aren't showing anywhere but in LS. I'm just using the standard account there right now didn't know if that might have something to do with performics or not but reading the FAQ and here and checking to make sure I entered my PID correctly. They should workż

    Just received your email. And my thoughts were as in the last response to the ticket were very valid. I really thought your team done a wonderful job there. And your help was also greatly appriecated. Took me some time to discover what was going on too.
    So that we all will know, that if the same product is on more than one shop and that product is clicked on in any of the shops. When you go to the product tab the click there is multiplied by the number of shops that has that product.
    Hope I made this so you and others can understand it.
    Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. You know I'd never make a mistake. :-)

    Our tracking is pretty simple and when we laying the groundwork to improve it. Thanks for helping put this on my radar.
