Instant Home Values & Free House Value Estimates
    http://www.homescout.com/values/

What's your home worth? Find free home values at HomeScout. Get instant house value estimates and recent home sales prices in your neighborhood.
I've been playing around HomeScout & it's a lot of fun
It's most useful if the last sale amount is shown.

Remember there's more that determines the value of a home than just the valuation calculator

The valuation calculator can be useful to the affiliate who targets clients in certain demographics -- anyone who sells supplies for home renovations would find this calculator useful.

I think I've tried this before, but gave it another try on my house just for laughs.
    Sq footage: right on
    Date built: close

Value: Wayyyy Over. Compared to neighbors houses recently sold.

The best part is it gave all the comps for 18 months or so.

zillow.com is good, but for the latest 'best comparables', realtor.com is even better

I've never heard of HomeScout. But i do use Zillow, Trulia and HouseFront to check home prices and other property information. I dont like realtor.com, I think its bloated and a hard to use site (but thats just me). I will efinitly check out homescout though. Thanks.

Apparently my house is worth less than I paid for it four years ago. But then the valuation doesn't have many comps to go by so I forgive it.
