Can you alphabetize that list? I couldn't find my name.
February 1st, 2008, 01:37 PM #3
Yeah....I didn't make that list either....can I get a refund on my book order?

Congratulations on # 10 000. I'm not on your list of appreciated people so it might not mean much to you coming from me, Still I though it was very cool of you to handle it like this.
That would be roughly 12 posts a day for 3 years. Wow !
I plan on buying your book too.
10000/ 1095 days= 9.13242 posts per day. ~ not including the days you don't post. So your posts per day would be significantly higher than this to maitain your average.

And for Geno's 10,000th post, he learns that you never post a big list of specific people to thank because there'll always be someone who'll complain "What about me?" if they're not listed. That's the great thing about this place. You're always learning something new no matter how long you've been here!
Congrats on your 10,000th post, Geno. You've been a great contributor to this community. Here's to 10,000 more! I'm looking forward to reading your newest book.-Don't criticize anyone til you've walked a mile in their shoes. Then when you do criticize them, you'll be a mile away and have their shoes.

Congratulations Geno. I know I usually either learn something from your posts or get re-energized. And thank you for both your kind words today and all your posts.
I'll buy you a round in Boston

Thank you, all.
As for those of you that were not mentioned in the list entered in the first post -- it does not mean that I do not feel anything about you. In fact, my intial idea was to have a 10,000 characters post full of thanks. After spending over an hour on putting together this (which ended up being roughly 1/3 of the 10k characters), I decided to go back to work...... I do thank you all. I value hundreds of you for what you are and what've you've been to me. I do apologize if I have not mentioned some of you.
Thanks again, and have a wonderful weekend, everyone!

Do you know I still remember your first PM!!! You were a newbie at that time. You came a long way. You deserve all these congratulations and I'm adding mine. You're a fast learner, Geno. I'm always impressed at the number of tasks you're handling at the same time. Have a great weekend, too.

Wow, a new book and 10,000 posts! Is it just me or do I see a staged event??
Just kidding, congrats on both and looking forward to catching up at the summit.

Thanks Geno and congrats on your 10k posts. Boy do I still remenber those early posts, lol
You've come along way here on abw into helping affiliates, merchants and others writing books, self-giving contests and PM's learning and more to help the industry. Keep going and keep up the good work.

Thank you, Geno. Do you know, I still remember our very first back-and-forth via email. I was new to ABW and you were so helpful and instructive. There were many days back then when you kept me motivated to keep going.
