    DYSE Expiration Keys
    I also just noticed that some of my Dyse program keys expired. How do we get them renewed now?

    You can request new DySE keys at any time via http://www.c3scripts.com/key and clicking on the appropriate "Key request" link.

    My records indicate that the next batch of DySE keys to expire is in mid-February. I monitor key expiration dates and I try to send out renewal notices at least one week (or more) in advance.

    I noticed that my hono key expired Feb 28th, but the script seems to work fine still. It caught me off guard. Following the link above it looks like we have to apply all over again.

    On another note is it just me or is the link to this Forum gone. It use to be along side Golden Can.

    I thought I was the only one noticing that, since no one had mentioned it before.

    But, yeah, that link to Cusimano on the same level as the link to GoldenCan seems like it's been missing for a couple of months now.

    Thats for sure.I was having big time trouble one night setting up a script.I sent Dave an email.A few minutes later it was fixed.This was 9 pm at night.I have been a huge David C.fan ever since.

    Keys not arriving
    Sent 2 different requests for renewal keys over the last 2 months and no reply.

    Been filling out the form correctly. Whats going on?

    I tried the form & emailed too 1-2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back.

    I just processed a bunch of key requests. If you still haven't gotten your key(s), submit a support ticket via http://www.c3scripts.com/support or alternatively (but not as preferred) send a Private Message (PM) here via ABestWeb and include your real name (just your ABestWeb user ID is not enough) and the name of the merchant and your affiliate ID. Posting a public message to ABestWeb is not the preferred method since I don't know your real name and I can't check if your key request has been processed or not.

    Depending upon the day a key is submitted (e.g.: Friday night or a weekend) and workload, key requests are batched. And some requests for new keys need to be confirmed with the merchant since some merchants do not provide a list of sub-affiliate ID's so that becomes a manual verification and I have to wait for the merchant to reply.

    Or it's possible that your email account has marked the key email that I sent as spam and you just didn't see it. Add to your whitelist: support (at) cusimano (dot) c o m [remove those spaces]

    And it's even possible that the request simply got misplaced in the Inbox.

    So, please be patient, and if you still don't get your key then follow up as I've indicated above.
