I need to convert .flv to .wmv Free software recommendations?
I know it is out there. But, these days, I would sure like a recommendation before I download anything from anywhere.

What do you use and where did you get it?

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks. Were you able to take videos into Windows movie maker and make edits? That is the goal I am aiming for.

I use Sony Vegas for my video edits and it wasn't a problem.

If you're using Firefox and downloading these flash videos then you can install an addon called Download Helper. When you're saving just append the file name with .wmv and its instantly converted to Windows Media Video. Append mp4 to convert to Quicktime and so on.
