    PHP and Wordpress Pages
I use wordpress for most of my popshops and I tend to stick to the javascript. Now I want to try php but how do I get it to work within the pages of wordpress? If I create a new page or post and insert php it doesn't display.

Thanks for your help because I am clueless.

There's a wonderful WordPress plugin that I use on a couple of my WP merchant sites -- the EXEC-PHP plugin.

I just tried to attach it to this reply. Since I've never done an attachment before, I don't know whether it worked.

If it didn't work -- I don't have the link to it right off hand, but if you go into your WP dashboard and the Plugins section, you should have a "Get More Plugins" link at the bottom of the page. Clicking on that takes you to the WordPress plugin repository, and I'm sure you can find it there.

It allows you to use regular PHP scripts/expressions in any post or page.

    Works great for me.

I've used exec-php too. Just don't use the visual editor or the code will get messed up.

If you don't want to disable your visual editor, just paste in code view and save *without* switching back to the visual editor.

If all you want to do is add your Popshop shop to a post, you do NOT need exec.php. Just install the Popshops plugin and select your shop in the write post page.
