Descriptions often contain strange code of some sort for apostrophes, em-dash, maybe even smart quotes, etc, which show up as garbage on quite a few browsers. We can edit the first page descriptions, of course, but cannot assure that garbage doesn't show up in subsequent pages of autofeed.
SEO Rules can be used to fix some of it (except things cannot be replaced with an empty space).
Does anyone have any ideas? Or has someone started an SEO Rules library that we can copy/paste from?

Please send me (firstname.lastname@example.org) the special characters as you find them and we'll add them to our post processing filter list. Believe it or not we have a ton of that already, but a bunch always manage to get by.
