    Sign-Up Problem
I have a problem with the PopShops sign-up billing info.

I am based in the UK and when I enter my tel, number in the normal uk format eg. 55555 555555 I repeatedly receive the message "enter a valid phone number"
example: (555) 555-5555 which I presume is the US format.

I have tried various combinations, including brackets, dashes, and uk(44) prefix.

My address includes United Kingdom from drop-down menu.

    Any suggestions?

    Jim

    Hey Jim,

Might be an approval issue with our card system. Will forward to engineering. Also we do have a support system online that we are quick to respond to. It is support@popshops.com.

    Hi Jim,

Engineers said to try the format straight all numbers, no brackets or spaces.

    Thanks for prompt reply.

I sent an email to support some time ago. No reply yet.

I may be wrong but I don't think it's the approval process. The phone number format is rejected when I press the "Create my account" button. So I am sure I have not managed to reach the approval stage.

    Hi

Still no luck. Tried without spaces, including and excluding uk code(44 & +44).

    jimki,
I know you submitted a ticket, but could you please resend it (with the original support ticket number on the subject line)?

FYI, we use a secure payment gateway that works directly with the banks. We don't have anything to do with the authorization of those cards. But I do want to try something with you so please resubmit that ticket so I can respond to you off ABW.
