    Building Loyalty Cash-Back Site
I am interested in developing a website that could act as a loyalty/cash-back program for a membership organization. The site would allow a group of members to create individual user accounts and then browse/shop at various affiliate sites. All purchases would be tracked and the members would have their accounts credited accordingly. I know there are other sites that do this – is it something we would have to build from scratch, or are there existing tools (3rd party solutions) that we could leverage to build such a site. Do the affiliate networks (e.g. LinkShare, CJ) allow for this level of tracking across many members? Any input would be much appreciated.

Also keep in mind that some merchants may not allow incentive websites in their programs. Pick your niche & research the programs you want to join.

Only reason I mention this is because I was considering something similar last month (adding incentives to my site), and found out I would lose one of my top performing merchants.
