I don't mean to be rude but...
Our perception of LivePerson isn't positive. We see it as a tool that merchants use that robs us of our commissions. So stating that your product is better than LivePerson isn't much of a sales tool. Do a search for "LivePerson" on this forum and you can see for yourself.
Also, if you want to promote your product on this forum you're supposed to pay for an ad.

Well I'm sure your post will be edited or deleted, you need to buy advertising space for something like this.
Anyway to say your better than Live Person----really, you're better than a 52M company?

You site sucks with the music including the static.

Perhaps without knowing that info the user may abandon the cart (at a rate of 65%)
Provided that the customer continues thru the cart and records the sale?
