With the NutsOnTheNet.com affiliate program, our affiliate partners could win $100.00 by creating the best Pistachio Fluff version. As some of you may have already learned the NutsOnTheNet.com has a variety of delicious premium nuts. All you need to do is post a picture of your Pistachio fluff on this thread. We have a special Pistachio Fluff recipe that any St Patty's Day lover will enjoy and it only takes 15 minutes to prepare. The directions are simple and outlined below, feel free to be as creative as you want.
Recipe made available from recipezaar.com. 15 min prep | Serves 10 -12.
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant pistachio pudding mix
2 (12 ounce) containers Cool Whip
1 (20 ounce) can crushed Pineapple
2 cups chopped Nuts (of your liking)
1/2 cup Maraschino cherries
1 (1 lb) bag mini marshmallows
1. Chop the cherries into fourths but reserve a few for the top whole
2. Mix pudding with cool whip and Pineapple with juice.
3. Add Nuts, chopped cherries and marshmallows.
4. Combine well.
5. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours so marshmallows can soften, but can be served after 2 hours.
6. Garnish with whole cherries on top.
To make the dessert festive you can add a green food coloring dye...The most unique picture wins $100.00.

I want to hurry up and post mine because I know my mother is working on hers tonight as well!
Mine is "Nut Lovers Lite." I made it with sugar free pudding and cool whip. And I layered the nuts instead of mixing them in so that they would be nice and crunchy!

What kind of good Irish girl would I be without my Irish fluff this St Pattys Day. Mine is not sugar free. Its just plain old delicious.
