    Exclamation buy.at unplanned downtime and compensation
    Hey Everyone

    Just a quick note to let you know that we had some unplanned downtime today roughly between 7am and 8.30am PST.

    There was an issue with our ISP and tracking of sales/reporting was down during the period.

    Our team is working through an average of the previous 2 Wednesdays sales for our affiliates to get a compensation amount pulled together which will get applied within the next few days.

    Apologies for any inconvenience this caused you

    Thanks for the heads up. I suspected it as that falls into my busiest two hours of the day and I had not a single sale.

    Ah, just got my first buy.at program up and running last night. I was wondering why I wasn't seeing the hundreds of conversions I was expecting. Oh well, in the spirit of fair play I'll accept your compensation.

    How will it appear in the reports?

    Also, has anyone else seen weird numbers when drilling into individual sales with the profit plus reports? I seem to have an issue - numbers don't add up.

    Just a quick note I have asked our guys to take a look at this and it seems there may be a display issue here so our dev team is looking at this for you to put it right.

    The payment would show for the 12th of March and would be in the account with a zero transaction value associated with it.

    Still waiting :)
    I'm not seeing anything yet, but I hope it will show up soonish.

    Oh well, patience is the key I suppose. Anyone else see their transaction on the 12th?

    Update: It seems to have appeared on the 11th:

    Approved 17:00 03/11/08 0 $0.00 - Followed by the commission.

    Caught out by the time zones!
    Apologies for this evileric, I totally forgot about the effects of the time zone adjustment. The transactions were inserted at 00.00.00 on March 12th but this will display as 17.00.00 on March 11th in your management area, as you have pointed out in your edit.

    I should have pointed this out, so apologies for the confusion.
