I read on ABW that Adbrite should not be used; can I please get a reason why; I have heard some good things about it?

Not "Google quality" traffic, but not "trash" either. Have you looked at some of the sites they have partnered with lately? There are some heavy hitters in there. I was surprised when I saw the list a few months ago. They have some a long way.

It did look like they are making some progressive strides when I checked it out a couple months back. Who knows, maybe they are turning it around, time will tell.

It hasn't been worth it in my experience but it can be inexpensive so try it yourself.

In fact you should just try a lot of things and see how it works for you but I won't go off on that tangent right now.

I've been seen it on a few blogs and does look like getting better. Their blog shows a few good new executives from top sites.

It is all about cherry-picking their top, most-recognized publisher sites and advertising with them exclusively.

I've used them for a few years now with some hits and misses. I've only done the flat rate on sites I select. Something like a $20 for a 7 day text link, $200 for a month text link etc. And they keep stats to show you how those sites have done in the past to give you some kind of idea of the kind of traffic you might get.

To get the best out of Adbrite is to find the sites you want to advertise on and do so....

Don't let adbrite choose for you..than you will end up on sites that's not relevant to your market.

It's a buy ad network market...Buy ads on sites that relevant to your market....

    Simple...

    Regards,
