I recently launched a gambling portal and I have placed banners on my site from a number of different companies. I have been testing the site for the last week and I have noticed that while most of the clicks are showing up not all of my signups or downloads are showingup in the respecitve casinos' backend. I checked the affilitate links and i found that they are all correct. I have also used a few different computers to do this testing and some of these companies still aren't displaying any downloads or fun signups. If anyone has run into a similar problem to this or has any pointers it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi Casinopr1,

You should contact the merchant who is using our software and ask them to investigate the issue. They have easy access to tech support.

By doing that, you'll most likely get straight to the issue faster.

    Regards,

Asd a side note, KB's tech support is the best i've worked with in years of dealing with technology companies.

You need to be careful with some of the online casinos and sports betting sites, as a few are pretty dodgy. I"m not going to post here who they are as they have deeper pockets than me. But if you send me a Private Topic, I can point you in the direction of some casino and sports betting sites that track properly and convert.

You should always feel free to contact the AM at the respective programs. They should be available and make a real effort to help sort out your concerns. If not, there are other programs out there...

thank you all for your help but my site has an in house affiliate program so i think we need someone that would be willing to look over our program and see if they can figure out where the problem is. Can anyone recomend someone??I don't think it is a problem with the casinos per say because we have a number of different sites listed and their seems to be a problem with more than one of them. My links do open in a pop up window and i read somewhere that it could be due to pop up blockers that don't allow affiliate links. could that be the problem. thanks again
