    No new datafeeds since the 19th
    Anyone else not getting their updated feeds? We haven't gotten one since the 19th

    Same here, I just checked at 8:25am and the last one available is from the 19th.

    I use their Web Service and am wondering if the feeds are better.

    Wow, do you guys get an updated feed each day? I only get mine once a week; the last one I got was on the 18th.

    I'm not sure how CJ does things now, but years ago you could get them to send it in a variety of formats at different frequencies.

    You can get the feeds when/how you want. We get all ours updated daily.

    I am talking about my merchant's product catalogs/datafeeds. I get them via ftp daily, usually.

    I get mine weekly as well, nothing yet and normally I get it late Friday p.s.t. I guess they must be on holiday for easter ?

    Sorry, meant to come back and update. They did a manual push of the feed, said it should reset it and I have gotten my feeds daily since.
    Just go through Contact Us/Ask a Question and tell them to do that.

    We got the latest fresh datafeed on the 24th, with freshest ads timestamped March 23..
    hope they fix it soon again, just was going to ask them to add a few merchants.

    The push of my datafeeds from Cj to my webserver was last done on 3/25/08. I only got 1 on that day and I usually get 2 zipped files.

    We got the first email about the datafeed bundle timestamped March 28 being ready,
    early March 29, and the next email for the March 29 feed being ready, later on the same day.
    Picking it up now and hoping all in it will be OK.

    Still no new feed for me, even after second inquiry to support. They did tell me that my support request has been forwarded to engineering (like 5 days ago).

    I submitted a request to support as Connie suggested. The next day I had a zip file uploaded to my server. I thought all was well, but I didn't notice the size of the file. After the cron jobs ran the processing I found only 1 file in the zip, it contained a file named no_updates.txt. In the file was the text:

    "No updated Product Catalogs found."

    I've not gotten another zip file, even with the no_updates.txt file since then.


    The response from CJ to my initial query was:
    Hello knight01,

    Thank you for contacting the technical support team. Unfortunately, our data transfer system is experiencing a delay. Our engineers are currently working to eliminate the issue.

    I have arranged to push the feeds out today. Once you receive the feeds, I will switch the feed back to its regular schedule.

    Thank you for your patience and I apologize for the inconvenience.

    I'm sure I don't get nearly the merchants that Connie does, but I get enough that I've always gotten a couple of updated datafeeds a day within the zip file. Since Connie is getting updated feeds, there is apparently something still wrong with the system serving my feeds.

    I'll make another request for a manual push and post what happens.

    For almost a year I'm not use datafeed anymore, WebServices is next generation of datafeed distribution.
