    No Banners or Links For Any Merchant
    I first thought the problem was limited to just Payless links and banners, but I figured out that links and banners for all of my merchants on CJ are blank. Sure makes it hard to update my site. I sent a question to CJ, but it hasn't been looked at yet.

    Seymour, has anything changed or been updated on your system locally? I just checked 2 of my sites and all CJ links and banners seem to be displaying and working fine.

    Is it possible that your firewall or another application could be blocking them?

    Nothing has changed on my end. I am doing everything the same. Looks like this started sometime early Saturday morning. I remember pulling links form CJ on Friday afternoon without any issue.

    Seymour, have you tried accessing your site through a proxy like http://proxify.com/ (make sure you uncheck "Remove ads") ? It's possible that your ISP has started blocking CJ.

    If my ISP was blocking CJ, wouldn't it block all access? I can still log in CJ, run reports, ask questions, etc.

    Not necessarily. Banners etc. aren't served from cj.com. Try a proxy to be sure.

    Since yesterday, cant get any banners/links from their get links section

    "Sorry, No Results Found" is displayed instead.

    Just visited "Get Links" with no problems. Something similar has happened with CJ before where some people could access them with no problems and others couldn't. I don't remember whether it was ISP based or geographical, but it did resolve itself eventually.

    Someone complimented CJ on having no issues in a recent thread, I think they jinxed them.

    I don't recall hearing about this problem before. This is very different than the login problems that have been reported previously where some people could log in to CJ and others couldn't. It's also not a blocking issue since "Sorry, No Results Found" is being displayed and no one is reporting that existing ads on their sites are not being displayed. This definitely sounds like a CJ problem that is only happening to some accounts. It's not happening to me.

    I've been working on cj merchants all morning. No problem with creating links or seeing them on my site afterwards.

    Hope it all works itself out quickly for you!

    Hopefully CJ will respond to my email soon on the problem that I sent on 4/11. Oh well, no new links for 3 days.

    If you go back to any promotional emails you've received from CJ merchants and click on the Get HTML or Get Javascript links in those emails, does the window that opens properly display the link code?

    Language and Targeted Area filter must be set to 'Off' in the GET LINKS section

    How to do that.. recently I also found no banner and links for almost all merchant..

    To change your filter options in your account
    -> Get Links
    -> under Language and Targeted Area Filter click on 'Additional Search Options'
    -> change your selections under 'Language' and 'Advertiser's Targeted Area' to 'All'

    Thanks for the info.. Actually I've do that before but still the same. I can't get the link..
    Furthermore, after I reload the page.. it will automatically back set to 'On'

    After setting 'Language' and 'Advertiser's Targeted Area' to 'All' , click the FIND button, the filter should read as OFF
